This position will be based at our Salt Lake City, Utah facility. The role is a fully proficient, support individual contributor working under limited supervision. The candidate will be a resource to others and will perform test and debug operations on a variety of LRU, circuit card assemblies, and components. The role reports directly to the Manufacturing Supervisor and is responsible for testing and debugging L3 products for delivery or repair.

• Assist engineers in developing and maintaining test procedures.
• Participate in root‑cause analysis of failures.
• Debug components at the product level in test labs.
• Contribute to development and maintenance of test bill‑of‑process and work instructions.
• Participate in recurring engineering related test readiness reviews.
• Assist in maintaining government/customer furnished equipment.
• Manage tools and test equipment to support the production floor.
• Assist with test machine maintenance and repair.
• Participate in failure trend analysis.
• Assist in out‑of‑tolerance reporting for test equipment.
• Work daily in a lab environment.
• Lift up to 32 lbs.
• Overtime may be required to meet deadlines.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0–3 years of related experience.

• Basic knowledge of RF and digital signals.
• Basic knowledge of analog, digital, and RF circuitry.
• Comfortable using PC‑based applications.
• Familiarity with test equipment (RF signal generators, spectrum analyzers, power meters, voltage meters, oscilloscopes).
• Ability to obtain/maintain a Department of Defense security clearance.
• 0–3 years of experience in RF and digital signals.
• 0–3 years experience with signal generators, spectrum analyzers, and power meters.
