What's the Job?- Perform activities necessary for the repair, refurbishment, and upgrade of medical devices, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Document repair activities, complaint investigations, and device history accurately using the device tracking system (Oracle).
- Assist with product complaint investigations (PCI) and analyze device failures to identify true root causes.
- Support training of new employees on key service processes and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with QA, Customer Service, and engineering teams to resolve process and product issues.
- High School diploma or GED; technical degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of experience in high-tech manufacturing, service repair, or related environments.
- Proficiency with troubleshooting electronic/mechanical equipment, reading schematics, and using testing tools like multimeters and oscilloscopes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to lift 30-40 lbs and work in a hands-on environment with high attention to detail.
