• Oversee equipment maintenance by managing preventive maintenance schedules, initiating work orders, and supporting repairs and rebuilds.
• Provide technical leadership, including troubleshooting PLCs and automated systems, coaching and training team members, and conducting performance reviews.
• Utilize maintenance management system to assign work orders, monitor resources, and generate reports for effective operations.
• Manage staffing and workflow by assigning technicians, participating in hiring and on-boarding, and ensuring efficient shift coverage.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices, and continuous improvement initiatives through audits and team meetings.

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Maintenance Expertise:
  Solid understanding of maintenance philosophies, including Reliability Engineering, with experience supervising industrial maintenance teams.
