Swing Shift CNC Machinist

Position Overview

Seeking an experienced CNC Machinist for a swing shift role supporting precision machining operations.
This position offers an hourly wage of $20–$40 per hour, plus a $4 swing-shift differential
, based on experience.

• Operate, set up, and maintain CNC machines for precision machining
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
• Monitor machining processes and make necessary adjustments
• Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment
• Inspect finished parts to ensure accuracy and quality
• Collaborate with team members to improve production efficiency

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist
• Strong knowledge of CNC operation and programming
• Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
• Proficiency with precision measuring tools
• High attention to detail and quality standards
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Availability to work swing shift hours

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Technical certification or associate degree in machining (preferred)
