What will you do every day?

Follow product specifications to assemble and finish components to a high standard.

Examine completed units for defects and verify they meet company requirements.

Cut and install springs by hand during the final assembly process.

Deburr parts to remove sharp edges and ensure proper fit and finish.

Use various shop tools and equipment safely and effectively.

Team up with coworkers to meet production goals and deadlines.

Keep your workspace orderly to promote safety and efficiency.

Notify your supervisor immediately about any issues or discrepancies.

Join training sessions to build new skills and stay current on processes.

What do you bring?

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality results.

Comfort working in a team-focused environment.

Good communication skills with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methods.

Capability to lift and move up to 50 lbs as needed.
