Snap Lock Industries, Inc. is seeking a Senior Lead Production Associate for the 2nd shift (2:00pm-10:30pm) to support the supervisor in leading the shift and developing talent on the production team.
Starting pay is $23/hour with a $1 shift differential, depending on experience. You will facilitate cross-team communication, train operators on injection molding, manage breaks, perform daily maintenance, and ensure quality and safety standards are met in a fast-paced environment.
