Hoyt Archery Inc. is seeking a Paint Process Technician to support painting and decorative finishing of limbs, handles, and accessories. You will troubleshoot, improve processes, and coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance to maintain finish quality.
You will work with water-based and solvent-based coatings, powder coating, hydrofilm finishing, and related systems, applying coatings and ensuring safety and quality standards.
