Salt Lake County Most Vulnerable Populations Program

Our members help bridge the gap and reduce barriers for a variety of vulnerable populations including youth, individuals experiencing homelessness, those facing unemployment, and those involved in the Criminal Justice System. Ameri Corps Members are placed in community agencies to serve individuals and families by assisting in activities such as housing placement, job placement, system navigation, healthcare liaisons, volunteer recruitment, and more.
MemberDuties
Members will participate in agency training activities to increase their knowledge, skills, and abilities for delivering client services. Attend Ameri Corps training sessions and participate with Ameri Corps service projects. Members will experience personal growth including professional skill development and experiences.
