Salt Lake Behavioral Health is currently seeking a compassionate and talented RN to serve in a Hybrid Floor Nurse and House Supervisor position.
Shift: (Nights) Saturday, Sunday, Monday (Supervisor Hours 7pm-7am, RN Hours 6pm-6am).

The Staff Hybrid Nurse House Supervisor is a registered professional nurse who prescribes, coordinates, and evaluates patient care through collaborative efforts with health team members in accordance with the nursing process and the standards of care and practices. This position is responsible for ensuring coordinated delivery of patient care in accordance with the established standards of care, mental health practice and hospital policy, goals and objectives.
This position assists in contributing to the hospital's philosophy, objectives, educational and Performances Improvement efforts, while providing supervision to the nursing staff assigned to his/her unit.

Qualifications- Education: Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing required or equivalent combination of education and experience in psychiatric nursing management;
Bachelor's Degree preferred. - Experience: A minimum of three (3) years experience in a psychiatric health-care facility. A minimum of one (1) year experience in a supervisory role.
- Licensure: Currently licensed to practice by the Utah State Board of Nursing
- Additional Requirements: Must pass a medication administration exam before administering medications. CPR certification is required. You will need to successfully complete our current training for restraints and seclusions. This training will need to be done prior to assisting in any patient restraints or seclusions and within 90 days of employment.
