Licensed Practical Nurse; LPN

We are seeking a dynamic Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in a full‑time, clinic‑based role. The ideal candidate is a vibrant individual with a passion for patient care, dedicated to ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for our patients. Exceptional communication skills are essential for success in our collaborative, fast‑paced and demanding work environment.

• Ensure compliance with all health‑care regulations, including JCAHO, HIPAA, and OSHA.
• Perform nursing tasks demonstrating clinical competency as an LPN, including administering medications correctly, setting up sterile fields, and performing equipment disinfection and sterilization.
• Complete all required documentation accurately, timely, and thoroughly in accordance with company standards.
• Communicate effectively with the team—physicians, medical assistants, patient coordinators, and others—regarding daily clinical and surgical schedules.
• Document clinical and surgical chart notes appropriately and accurately.
• Deliver the highest level of patient care and service at all times.
• Follow policies and procedures consistently to ensure positive patient outcomes.
• Increase physicians' overall patient retention by providing high‑quality patient care and experience.
• Assist in all aspects of the clinical and surgical environment.
• Remain tactful, mature, and able to get along with diverse personalities.
• Complete other projects and/or duties as assigned by Clinical Leadership Members.

• Current LPN license.
• Current ACLS certification.
• Current IV certification.
• Availability to work overtime, weekends (Saturdays and/or Sundays) as needed.
• High energy with a strong focus on patient care and experience.
• Ability to function well independently and as part of a team.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.

• Must be able to sit or stand intermittently for the duration of a shift (8‑12 hours).
• Push, pull, or lift up to 50 pounds.

Full compensation packages are based on candidate experience and relevant licenses or certifications.
