Requirements and Duties:
- Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with an active license in Utah.
- Must pass a background check.
- Competent with computers and software (training provided in-house).
- Administer medication to patients.
- Distribute take-home doses.
- Prepare specimens for urine analysis lab.
