Job Overview

Amazing Care Home Health Services provides specialized pediatric home health care in Salt Lake County. We seek a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate, individualized care to medically complex children. Work is flexible, with 24/7 support and competitive pay.

Base Pay Range: $45,000 – $73,000 per year. Additional compensation includes sign‑on bonuses and shift differentials as detailed below.

• Provide outstanding care to pediatric patients in a supportive home environment.
• Manage daily care plans while adhering to clinical guidelines set by our providers.
• Document all clinical activities in the EMR system (Kantime) on a daily basis.

• Valid Nursing License (LPN or RN) in the State of Utah.
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience preferred (not required).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to visit patient locations.

Pay:

• LPN: $23–$27 per hour.
• RN: $30–$38 per hour.

Sign‑On Bonus:

• Nights: $4,000 for full‑time, $2,000 for part‑time.
• Days: $1,000 for full‑time, $500 for part‑time.

Shift Availability: Nights, M‑Sun (Adult Client).
