Overview

RN Navigator Neuro Spine – St. Mark’s Hospital, Salt Lake City, UT

• Daily patient rounding to assess, implement and improve service standards.
• Work to improve patient care in accordance with the Utah Nurse Practice Act and Saint Marks standards.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, staff and patients to facilitate their needs.
• Plan, conduct and assess educational programs within specified time frames to ensure goal achievement.
• Design and implement educational offerings incorporating adult learning principles.
• Serve as consultant role to assist with the integration of new learning into practice.
• Act as leadership resource to structure and support the department and organizational goals.

• (RN) Registered Nurse.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Bachelor of Science required;
  Master’s degree in related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience related to Orthopedics/Neuro.
• Intermediate MS Office Suite and computer skills.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and effective communication skills (oral and written).
• Self‑directed with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
