We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in the Salt Lake and Tooele areas. In this role, you will provide high‑quality care to medically complex pediatric and adult patients, focusing 100% on one client at a time.

You will work 24/7 with a support team of nurses and experience flexible scheduling that balances work and life.

• Provide Amazing Care to the population we serve.
• Manage daily care for patients while adhering to clinical guidelines set by provider.
• Log clinical notes daily within the EMR System (Kantime).
• Focus 100% on one client at a time to deliver life‑changing care.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and high standards of compassion.

• Valid Practical or Registered Nursing License within the State of Utah.
• Active BLS certification.
• 1+ year of healthcare experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation to patient locations.
• Spanish speaking (encouraged).

• RN: $30–$38/hr
• Sign‑on Bonus – Nights: $4,000 (Full‑time), $2,000 (Part‑time)
• Sign‑on Bonus – Days: $1,000 (Full‑time), $500 (Part‑time)
