A Balanced Schedule

At Primary's we offer a variable schedule 50% days, 50% nights with 12 hour shifts, allowing you to build meaningful relationships with patients while maintaining a healthy work‑life balance.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay Rate: Competitive salary based on experience.

Comprehensive Benefits Package: Includes insurance options, fitness discounts, paid time off, 401(k) with employer contribution, and tuition assistance.

Incentives: Up to $400 annual caregiver incentive and $1,500 referral bonus.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Current RN license in the state of practice
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers
  • Additional certifications as required by the clinical setting (e.g., PALS, ACLS)
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required as of the job description's last update on 4/27/2025. Employees hired or promoted prior to this date will be held to the minimum requirements that were in place at the time of their promotion or hire.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution
  • Pediatric experience
Physical Requirements
  • Ongoing need for employee to see and read information, labels, assess patient needs, operate monitors, identify equipment and supplies.
  • Frequent interactions with patient care providers, patients, and visitors that require employee to verbally communicate as well as hear and understand spoken information, alarms, needs, and issues quickly and accurately, particularly during emergency situations.
  • Manual dexterity of hands and fingers to manipulate complex and delicate equipment with precision and accuracy. This includes frequent computer use and typing for documenting patient care, accessing needed…
