As an Infection Preventionist, you'll be a key member of the clinical leadership team, helping drive best practices, education, compliance, and quality outcomes throughout the facility.

- Lead infection prevention and control efforts throughout the facility
- Monitor, track, and investigate infections and potential outbreaks
- Provide education and training to staff on infection prevention practices
- Conduct audits and support compliance with infection control standards
- Collaborate with clinical teams to improve resident safety and outcomes
- Partner with local and state health agencies as required
- Current Utah RN license (or NLC-eligible)
- Strong knowledge of infection prevention and control practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
