The role includes assessing clinical care needs, educating nursing staff and students, and collaborating with neonatologists. Candidates must have current APRN licenses and NCC certification.
This position demands strong communication skills and the ability to care for high-risk neonatal patients. A master’s degree in nursing is preferred, along with experience in neonatal care.
