You will assess data, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with PM&R physicians to deliver optimal patient management at the Greenwood Health Center and 540 Arapeen locations.
Ideal candidates will hold Utah NP licensure, a Master’s degree in Nursing or equivalent, and national certification; ACLS/BLS/NRP/ATLS are preferred per department
