- Administer medications and treatments within your scope of practice
- Monitor resident health and communicate changes to the care team
- Support resident care plans and quality outcomes
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, providers, and interdisciplinary team members
- Help residents maintain their highest level of comfort and well-being
- Current Utah LPN license (or NLC-eligible)
- Strong nursing and resident care skills
- Ability to work effectively with residents, families, and team members
- Knowledge of long-term care practices and regulations
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Geriatric or long-term care experience preferred
