We’re hiring a full-time Associate Veterinarian for our Colorado Springs clinics
, where you’ll enjoy the best of both worlds: the fast pace of urgent care without the grueling ER hours, plus the relationship-building of general practice. No overnights. No on‑call. No quotas. - Sploot Interquest (1286 Interquest Pkwy)

Tech-Forward Tools for Better Care, Less Admin:- Laparoscopic surgery suite, digital x‑ray, ultrasound
- CoVET AI Scribe handles your notes so you can focus on your patients
- Handle everything from vaccines to vomiting labs to laceration repairs
- Build real relationships and flex your medical skills in one place
- We’re open 8am–8pm—so you can get home for dinner
- You focus on medicine. We’ll support you with trained techs who have your back
- Stay because you love it, not because you’re locked in
- Our leadership is accessible, responsive, and deeply invested in your success
- Provide top-notch primary and urgent care to companion animals
- Collaborate closely with a team that believes in “No Boundaries” medicine
- Work 3–4 days per week (full‑time); weekends rotated fairly
- Help us keep improving—your ideas are valued and implemented
- DVM or VMD, licensed and in good standing in Colorado
- Experience in general practice, urgent care, or emergency
- Passionate about learning, growing, and working as part of a team
- Looking for something better—more supportive, more rewarding, more fun
- Urgent care or ER background
- Strong interest in surgery or dentistry
- $125,000–$200,000+ total comp (competitive Pro Sal model)
