Are you an experienced Quality Manager who is an expert in ISO 9001? Have you led the process to become ISO 9001 certification end-to-end, including educating and training internal teams? Do you have experience in establishing the standard for quality in small and medium-sized manufacturing environments? If so, this Quality Manager role at this small, privately held manufacturing company may be a strong fit.

Our client is a successful, privately-held manufacturer who is a leader in their industry. They are hiring a Quality Manager to lead the program for Quality, with a specific focus on ISO 9001. This role will implement ISO 9001 and lead the end-to-end process of becoming ISO 9001 certified. This high-impact role will report to the COO and will be a key player for establishing company-wide quality standards to support continued growth.

• Own, lead, and execute the full ISO 9001 certification process from start to finish
• Design, implement, and manage the quality management system with ISO 9001 as the foundation
• Design and lead all quality-related training programs across the organization
• Design documented processes and systems, including value stream mapping, that support consistency and scalability
• Work closely with production teams in a hands‑on, onsite environment
• Act as a bridge‑builder who invites collaboration with cross‑functional teams
• Partner closely with the COO and leadership team to align quality initiatives with business growth

• 10+ years of experience in quality management
• Experience designing, implementing, and leading ISO 9001 certification processes (multiple certifications preferred)
• Experience with value stream mapping and documented process development
• Experience designing and leading training programs for systems and processes
• Highly collaborative and communicative leadership style
• Comfortable being hands‑on on the production floor while also thinking strategically
• Experience leading quality in small to mid‑sized manufacturing companies
• The ability to work on‑site in West Jordan, Utah
