Description
Enviro Tech Molded Products is seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Quality Technician to support our quality assurance and quality control processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and quality systems, a customer-focused approach, and the technical proficiency to contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform quality assurance and control inspections using precise metrology tools and techniques.
- Interpret and analyze engineering drawings, CAD files, and 3D models to verify dimensional accuracy and conformance.
- Conduct internal audits in compliance with ISO 9001 standards and support external audit preparation.
- Maintain accurate quality documentation and reports in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and customer service teams to address quality concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to compile reports, create templates, and manage data sets.
- Support the development and implementation of quality procedures and work instructions.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a combination of both, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in metrology and measurement techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
- Experience with CAD/3D modeling software.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 internal auditing procedures.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
