Description

Do you have a strong passion for real estate and a desire to create a significant impact in the industry? We are seeking a committed Real Estate Specialist to join our team as a vital contributor. In this role, you will manage property listings, conduct comprehensive market analysis, and assist clients in finding their perfect homes. Your expertise will be crucial in negotiating deals and ensuring seamless, efficient transaction processes.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for Buyers and Sellers
• Convert incoming leads
• Set and hold Buyer and Seller Consulting Appointments
• Analyze the Buyer’s and Seller’s needs and goals
• Provide Housing and Community Information Research
• Preview and show homes
• Negotiate terms and contracts for buyers and sellers
• Graduate from PLACE Launch
• Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

Qualifications

• Self-driven sales expert with a competitive edge
• Exceptional at establishing connections, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions
• Proficient in prospecting and generating leads
• Naturally adept at overcoming objections
• Excellent communicator with a dedication to service
• Collaborative team member
• Licensed real estate professional
• Over 3 years of experience in real estate sales
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Eager to learn and grow
• Highly organized
• Open to learning scripts and dialogues
• Superior time management skills
