Role Description

Realty HQ is seeking an experienced and self‑motivated Branch/Associate Broker to oversee operations and growth at one of our branch offices. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day‑to‑day operations of the branch office, ensuring compliance with company policy and regulatory requirements.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and support a team of real estate agents (independent contractors).
• Oversee transaction management, contract review, and conflict resolution for branch agents.
• Foster a high‑performance culture through mentorship, motivation, and professional development.
• Monitor sales activity, office performance, and key metrics; report results to company leadership.
• Ensure quality customer service and professional conduct by all agents affiliated with your branch.
• Collaborate with marketing to support property promotion and brand awareness initiatives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for legal and operational issues within the branch.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of real‑estate laws, market conditions, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Active broker or associate broker license in Utah and eligibility to manage a branch office.
• Proven experience managing real‑estate agents or a branch office.
• Strong leadership, recruiting, and mentoring skills.
• In‑depth understanding of local real‑estate laws and compliance.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with ability to work independently and set/manage goals.
• Tech‑savvy with proficiency in transaction management systems and office software.
• Prior experience working as, or with, independent contractors in real estate a plus.
