Job Summary: A dynamic opportunity to join an exceptional team as a Leasing Consultant. Responsibilities include generating and handling traffic, leasing apartments, qualifying prospects, preparing lease documentation, completing move‑in paperwork, and fostering resident retention.

• Generate and handle traffic for apartment rentals.
• Lease apartments, qualify prospects, and prepare lease documentation.
• Complete move‑in paperwork and procedures.
• Retain residents through ongoing communication and support.
• Interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy.

• 1+ year residential leasing experience (preferred).
• Bilingual in Spanish (highly preferred).
• Enthusiastic, reliable, and organized.
• Knowledge of Yardi or similar software (preferred).
• Ultimate team player.

• 17 days paid time off in first year; one day additional PTO every year thereafter.
