Leasing Agent​/Maintenance Coordinator

We are a growing property management company dedicated to creating welcoming communities and maintaining high-quality living environments. We’re seeking a Leasing Agent / Maintenance Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in both resident relations and property upkeep.

• Greet and assist prospective tenants; conduct property tours and explain leasing options
• Prepare and process lease agreements and related paperwork
• Coordinate maintenance requests and schedule repairs with vendors/technicians
• Track and follow up on work orders to ensure timely completion
• Maintain accurate records of leasing and maintenance activities
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects

• Previous experience in leasing, property management, or customer service preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Basic knowledge of property maintenance coordination
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software a plus
