Assistant Pastry Chef

We’re looking for a talented Pastry Chef at Kneaders Bakery & Cafe – a dynamic team offering more than 40 fresh baked pastries, pies, cakes, and muffins made with honest, whole ingredients.

• Demonstrate super‑hero kitchen skills, following recipes and paying close attention to detail.
• Create one‑of‑a‑kind pastries and baked goods.
• Lift and mix large amounts of dough, flour, and supplies up to 50 lbs.
• Adapt flexibly to change while maintaining cooking standards.
• Work early shifts before sunrise.

• 1+ years of large‑scale baking/pastry experience, preferred but not required.
• Attentiveness to compliance with local, state, and federal food‑handler and sanitation regulations.
• Formal baking/pastry education a bonus.
• Minimum age 18.
