** MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

* ** High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
** Experience
* ** Prior barista, café, or food service experience preferred.
* Hospitality or customer service experience a plus.
** Skills & Knowledge
*** Knowledge of coffee preparation, espresso machines, and beverage recipes.
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Attention to detail and commitment to quality and consistency.
* Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand for long periods.
* Basic math and cash-handling skills.
* Knowledge of sanitation, safety, and food-handling procedures.

Duties & Responsibilities
*** Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, smoothies, and other beverages.
* Take guest orders, process payments, and handle cash/point-of-sale transactions accurately.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, barista station, and equipment.
* Restock ingredients, cups, utensils, pastries, and merchandise.
* Follow standard recipes and portion controls to ensure product consistency.
* Engage warmly with guests, answer questions, and offer recommendations.
* Monitor inventory levels and notify management of supply needs.
* Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and company standards.
* Assist with opening and closing procedures.
* Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
