Position: All‑Day Dining Sous Chef — Buffet & Kitchen Lead
A leading hotel group in Salt Lake City is seeking a Sous Chef to assist in managing high-volume restaurant operations, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner services. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, exhibit strong leadership, creativity, and knowledge of modern cooking techniques. This position requires someone who can effectively manage kitchen staff, uphold food safety standards, and meet guest dietary requirements.

Experience in luxury hotels is preferred.
