Employee Engagement & Culture- Coordinate internal events, gatherings, and team activities
- Own milestone recognition, gifts, swag, birthdays, life events, and perks
- Support team on‑sites and off‑sites, with special attention to remote team inclusion
- Handle standard internal communications, surveys, and engagement efforts
- Help shape and amplify Jump’s employer brand and culture
- Be the face of our Draper HQ and keep the office running beautifully day‑to‑day
- Manage office vendors, supplies, snacks, seasonal décor, and catered meals
- Coordinate mail, deliveries, seating, storage, and space needs
- Support visiting employees and guests traveling to HQ
- Plan and execute internal parties and in‑office gatherings
- Assist with employee orientation and recurring People Ops tasks
- Become a trusted member of the People Team & help employees holistically
- Participate in special projects + exposure to additional HR realms where possible
- You bring energy, warmth, social awareness, and are helpful to your core
- You are creative, know that details matter, and have an eye for excellence
- You love people and are energized by connection and joy at work
- You’re exceptionally organized, clean, proactive, and adept among multiple priorities
- You are naturally curious about people, with well‑placed confidentiality
- Exposure to the Utah Valley Tech ecosystem or employer programs
- Preferred experience supporting workplace programs or employee engagement
- Preferred experience in Office Administration, HR/People Ops, or similar coordination
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, though not required

Compensation- $60,000 - $80,000 Salary + Equity
