Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $16.00 USD per hour

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks
• Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs when assistance is required
• Make guests aware of current promos, store activities and events
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the store to resolve issues and improve guest experience
• Thank guests and acknowledge their choice to shop at Target
• Know and explain benefits of Target Loyalty programs and assist with application or sign-up as needed
• Scan and bag items efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with safety and company best practices
• Work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining service and accuracy
• Explain and demonstrate features of the Target App including Wallet; direct guests to use Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering
• Handle returns following policies, escalating to leadership as needed
• Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area and stock supplies during store hours
• Operate in a safe manner and comply with safety policies and training; report hazards
• Support guest services such as order pickup, Drive-Up orders and returns with a compliant approach
• All other duties based on business needs
