mysherpas.ai is a fast-growing fintech start-up redefining business lending. We’re building a collaborative, high-talent team and we’re looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join us onsite in Salt Lake City. This role starts at 20 hours per week (mornings preferred), with the potential to grow into a full-time position as our company scales.

• Perform reconciliations, maintain accrual tracking, maintain monthly amortization tracking, revenue recognition tracking, and drive and manage month-end with accountant, etc.
• Handle accounts payable/receivable
• Prepare accurate financial reports and support compliance needs
• Partner with leadership to ensure timely, precise financial records

• Must have proven experience with Quick Books Online Advanced (QBO)
• Must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a start-up environment — adaptable, proactive, and resourceful
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
