Franklin Retail Solutions is looking for a part‑time Retail Merchandiser to bring style, organization, and excitement to sporting goods stores. Your mission is to showcase our top‑tier brands so customers cannot resist them and to provide on‑ground insights that help improve the shopping experience.

• Get paid to make products look awesome

• Use our MVP platform to check projects, schedule visits, and submit reports
• Build relationships with store managers and staff
• Follow planograms to ensure displays look great
• Snap before‑and‑after photos to showcase merchandising work
• Identify what’s working and what isn’t, and report findings

• Retail or merchandising experience (mannequin styling is a bonus)
• Eye for detail and strong communication skills
• Reliable smartphone or tablet for reports and photos
• Reliable transportation to stores
• High‑speed internet for remote reporting

This role offers flexible scheduling with typical weekday store visits. You’ll stay connected with our team remotely while maintaining an independent work style.
