Retail Keyholder – City Creek

Lovisa Pty Ltd seeks a proactive Keyholder to support store operations and achieve store targets in a bright, energetic environment. Minimum age: 18+.

The Key Holder works with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to maintain a presentable store and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This includes visual merchandising, inventory control, and customer engagement.

• Support store operations and daily management tasks.
• Ensure the store remains clean, organized and visually appealing.
• Assist in visual merchandising and product displays.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide fashion guidance.
• Manage opening and closing procedures, including key handling.
• Support team training and development.

• Previous experience in retail or hospitality.
• Strong time‑management and organisational skills.
• Exceptional communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Passion for fashion and retail.
• Must be 18+ years old and able to work in a retail setting.
