- Assist in the design and merchandising of floral items and arrangements for display or sale, and fulfill customer requests.
- Provide customer service, greet and assist shoppers, and maintain a welcoming environment.

- Arrange, package, and maintain floral products and accessories safely and efficiently.
- Keep the department organized: tools, supplies, and merchandise are returned to their designated areas.
- Maintain plant health, process flower arrangements, and ensure proper signage and inventory management.

- Ability to read shelf tags, signs, product labels, training materials, and bulletins.
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills in a fast‑paced environment.

- Knowledge of safe use of cleaning solutions, sharp tools, and equipment.

- Experience in grocery retail and customer service.
- Cash register operation and change handling.
- Dexterity in designing and creating floral arrangements.

- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
