Responsibilities
  • Assist in the design and merchandising of floral items and arrangements for display or sale, and fulfill customer requests.
  • Provide customer service, greet and assist shoppers, and maintain a welcoming environment.
  • Adhere to the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
  • Arrange, package, and maintain floral products and accessories safely and efficiently.
  • Keep the department organized: tools, supplies, and merchandise are returned to their designated areas.
  • Maintain plant health, process flower arrangements, and ensure proper signage and inventory management.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to read shelf tags, signs, product labels, training materials, and bulletins.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Personal initiative and follow‑through to completion.
  • Teamwork ability and professionalism with all levels of the organization.
  • Knowledge of safe use of cleaning solutions, sharp tools, and equipment.
  • Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

  • Past work record reflects dependability and integrity.
  • Knowledge of applicable employment laws and safety regulations.
  • Experience in grocery retail and customer service.
  • Cash register operation and change handling.
  • Dexterity in designing and creating floral arrangements.
