A Secret Shopper (also known as a Mystery Shopper) visits businesses such as CVS, Walmart, Post Offices, grocery stores, gas stations, and restaurants to evaluate customer service quality, staff professionalism, store organization, and cleanliness.

You will behave as a regular customer. There are no uniforms, identification badges, or disclosures. Businesses are unaware they are being evaluated during your visit.

After each assignment, you will complete a short online evaluation describing your experience. Reports typically take only a few minutes to complete. Your feedback is used to improve training programs, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance.

• Visit assigned retail or service locations within your area
• Interact naturally with staff and observe service quality
• Make simple purchases or ask basic questions as instructed
• Submit a detailed online report covering service speed, cleanliness, professionalism, and overall experience
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all assignments

Approved purchases required for evaluations are reimbursed.

• Earnings: $600–$1,800 per week, depending on the number of assignments completed
