The Outside Account Associate will join our outside sales team to manage and grow assigned customer accounts. This role is not commission-based or focused on cold calling; instead, it centers on maintaining strong customer relationships, overseeing orders from start to finish, and making regular onsite visits. Strong product knowledge and customer service skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities- Manage assigned customer accounts and ensure accuracy of quotes and orders.
- Serve as the primary contact for customer accounts, fostering long-term relationships.
- Conduct regular onsite visits with customers to support order needs and provide solutions.
- Understand submittals and read blueprints to ensure accuracy and order alignment.
- Strong knowledge of Division 8 (commercial doors, frames, and hardware).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a positive attitude.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Experience with Comsense/Enterprise software is helpful, but not required.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
