Responsibilities- Expand the sales of Johnson & Johnson products and convert competitive products in a manner that is commensurate with company policy and sales direction.
- Understand and demonstrate proper surgical use of our products to physicians.
- Handle customer product questions and objections in a way that is consistent with sales training methodology.
- Maintain and expand current accounts, build new accounts, develop strong customer relationships, and meet quotas for a variety of products.
- Execute the selling cycle in a manner that is concise, professional, ethical, and persuasive, and which leads the customer to action.
- Bachelor’s degree or Associates Degree with minimum 3+ years of relevant healthcare professional sales experience and/or business-to-business sales experience required or equivalent level experience in an interventional environment.
- Minimum of three years Neurovascular industry experience required.
- 2–5 years of Medical Device sales experience is preferred.
- Experience selling to surgeons in an operating room or Radiology suite environment where candidates are accustomed to working with physicians is strongly preferred.
- Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license issued in the United States and must successfully complete a background investigation, to include a review of your driving record history.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential.
- Ability to relocate and reside within the assigned Territory.
