Join Avail Solar as a Sales Associate
. Residential appointment associates canvass neighborhoods, identify potential homeowners for solar, educate them, and schedule informational appointments with our sales consultants. Appointment associates do not sell, enter homes, or handle payments.

• Canvassing (door‑to‑door) neighborhoods to identify qualified homeowners.
• Educating homeowners about solar benefits and our solutions.
• Scheduling informational appointments with sales consultants.
• Maintaining accurate records of outreach and outcomes.

• Reliable transportation.
• Smartphone with data plan.
• Minimum age 18.
• Strong communication skills.

• Residential canvassing experience (e.g., Direct
  
  TV, pest control, alarm systems, smart home).
• Hospitality or service industry background.
• Solar industry experience is a plus.

• Day shift and evening shift options.
• Work location:
  
  In‑person, Murray, UT 84123. Relocation required before starting work.

• Job type:
  Full‑time.
• On‑Target Earnings: $75,000 per year (base salary plus commissions; unlimited potential for top earners).
