Business Development Manager

The purpose of this position is to enhance PRMI’s market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.

• Maintain and develop new referral partners
• Develop plans to achieve growth and financial profitability via hiring new Loan Officers and developing new Branch opportunities
• Oversee and participate in development and research activities that increase company strengths, identify potential new markets and business opportunities, increase share of market, and obtain a competitive position in the industry
• Administer company strategic plans
• Promote organization in industry trade associations
• Might be responsible for strategies of prices, marketing, advertising, and profitability of specific products
• Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements and track individual contributors and their accomplishments
• Locate or propose potential business deals and opportunities by contacting potential partners
• Enhance organization’s reputation by accepting ownership of new and different requests
• Protect organization’s value by keeping information confidential
• Participate in educational opportunities, including reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations
