ResponsibilitiesYou will…
- Prioritize safety in all responsibilities
- Conduct yourself with the utmost professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers
- Serve as empathetic problem solver for commercial customers, using in‑depth training to recommend the best innovative overall solution for each customer’s needs
- Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads
- Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development
- Conduct an inspection of the interior and exterior of the customer’s property—don’t worry, we teach you how!
- Make recommendations to customers based on inspection and issues identified, addressing questions and setting expectations for peace of mind about their pest program
- Use the iPad we provide to prepare sales agreements and stay organized—training will be provided
- Estimated first‑year earnings $60,000–$100,000 USD annually
- Base plus uncapped commission

- No experience required—sales experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
- Ability to work in the field independently and interact with customers inside businesses or homes
- Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc., including ability to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) which may require an OSHA‑compliant respirator
- Willing to work in various weather conditions
