About The Sales Development Representative (Bilingual Spanish)We are seeking a Spanish‑bilingual Sales Development Representative eager to grow in the tech space. You will represent a leading SaaS email marketing company and will identify, qualify, and route sales opportunities, manage inbound/outbound communications, and efficiently direct leads to appropriate sales teams across multiple channels.

What Will You Do?- Lead
Qualification:
Identify and qualify potential sales opportunities through inbound channels. - Inbound Calls/Web Forms/Chat:
Manage incoming calls, web forms, and chat requests; gather information and determine the nature of the inquiry. - Objection Handling:
Effectively qualify and route leads or calls to the appropriate sales agent, overcoming objections to advance the sales process. - Customer/Rep Engagement:
Provide excellent customer experience with courtesy, patience, and a customer‑centric approach; hand over to inside sales reps. - Key Performance Indicators:
Meet KPIs related to handling a volume of incoming leads while maintaining high qualification standards. - Collaboration:
Collaborate with sales on lead quality and conversion.
- 1 year of business sales experience (tech/software a plus).
- Fluent in Spanish and English, with effective written and spoken communication in both languages.
- Motivated, positive, and keen to make an impact in a scaling business.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer‑centric mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
