Key Responsibilities
  • Dedicated to delivering award‑winning customer service in an inside‑sales environment.
  • Identify prospective customers through company‑generated inbound leads.
  • Conduct customer needs analysis to understand goals.
  • Create relationships with prospects and customers to establish trust and encourage referral business.
  • Follow up with outbound calls to interested consumers.
  • Close sales and advise customers on next steps.
  • Stay current on new products and complete ongoing education for licensing and compliance.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of mortgage origination experience.
  • Proven track record of success in a sales or customer service oriented environment.
  • Strong phone presence, listening, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, solve problems, and manage time in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Team player with ability to thrive in a structured and competitive environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of professional experience preferred.
