Aboutthe Player Coach:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Player/Coach to lead and inspire a sales team while actively contributing to sales goals. This role requires a unique blend of individual sales expertise and team leadership capabilities. The successful candidate will excel in both personal sales performance and coaching team members to achieve and exceed targets.
Location:Salt Lake City, UT - Hybrid
What will you do?Manage a personal book of clients, identifying opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and renew.
Consult with clients to assess needs and provide tailored solutions.
Execute sales campaigns and achieve individual sales targets.
Drive the team to achieve and exceed sales quotas.
Coach and develop sales representatives to improve performance and reach targets.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Monitor and analyze team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Share best practices and collaborate with other sales leaders.
Conduct weekly call reviews to monitor performance.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Sales experience in the technology industry with SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS products is preferred.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
Experience with performance management and data analysis.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and G Suite/Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.

Compensation Range: $43,000.00 - $48,000.00
The salary for this position is $43,000.00 annually. This pay structure may also include a variable bonus component of $5,000.00 annually. There are several factors to consider including but not limited to, the role’s responsibilities, experience, location, education/training, internal equity, and key skills.
