• Make 150–200+ outbound calls daily to warm leads.
• Qualify prospects through a proven screening process.
• Guide qualified prospects through the signup process and hand off to our advocate team.
• Follow up by phone, email, and text to boost conversion.
• Build rapport, listen actively, and determine service fit.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
• Share feedback and test new ideas – we move fast and value your input.

• 1+ year of inside sales or outbound calling experience.
• Comfortable on the phone and skilled at handling objections.
• Strong communication skills with high empathy.
• Organized, coachable, and hungry to grow.
• Bonus:
  Background in legal, healthcare, or another regulated industry.
