We have an exciting opportunity for a full‑time District Sales Manager to join our growing team! The District Sales Manager will be based in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA, reporting to the Regional Sales Director and will work autonomously from their home‑based office. Travel within territory is required. District Sales Managers will be responsible for selling directly within their territory as well as supporting and overseeing the sales and activities of others as assigned to them (Area Sales Managers and/or Territory Managers).

District Sales Managers receive competitive compensation and a benefit package including performance‑based incentives. Successful candidate will have a proven track record in medical aesthetic sales with the ability to grow customer base in their respective territory.

Responsibilities
  • Manage territory, drive sales growth through existing and new customers; increase customer base and market share.
  • Adapt and execute Company’s sales strategy.
  • Develop pipeline, ensure pipeline progression and ongoing activity; conduct cold calling and on‑site visits.
  • Achieve sales targets as set through annual/quarterly budgets and as communicated by your manager.
  • Perform customer analysis, understand business needs and opportunities.
  • Present products in a professional manner; be knowledgeable on device indications, efficacy, safety, and how our products will fulfill customer needs; conduct product demonstrations while adhering to Company protocols.
  • Create sales contracts, quotes, and terms per Company guidelines, escalating when necessary.
  • Develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships; visit all accounts regularly and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee installation at the customer's site in accordance with the Company's methods, specifications, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide reference sites, sales support at meetings, workshops, and conventions as necessary.
  • Submit sales reports in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as Inside Sales and Clinical Training.
  • Maintain CRM data integrity by regular updates, compile reports and attend calls and meetings as required.
  • Have a high level of understanding of the products and competitive landscape.
  • Assist assigned Area Sales Manager and/or Territory Managers in meeting their sales targets.
  • Ensure alignment of the activities of assigned resources with the sales process and strategy.
  • Support with sales structure, price, and terms per company guidelines.
  • Coach and develop assigned resources on closing sales, both in‑person and remotely.
Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in capital equipment sales; medical device preferred.

Experience in selling lasers, RF and/or minimally invasive technologies to Dermatologists, Facial and Plastic Surgeons etc.

  • BA/BS University Degree or equivalent educational background in business or another relevant field.
  • Demonstrated/proven track record of meeting quota and driving sales growth.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is an asset (specifically Salesforce).
  • Team player who can work collaboratively with all internal departments and customers.
  • Able to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment under strict deadlines.
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and lead people.
  • Self‑motivated with a positive, proactive mindset.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office & general computer skills.
  • Must own a vehicle and maintain a valid driver’s license.
  • Travel primarily within territory; some travel within North America; international travel as required.
