Description

Looking to gain sales support and marketing experience? Snap Lock Industries is hiring an Inside Sales Support Specialist to play a key role in driving business growth for Snap Sports. They will develop, qualify, and manage sales leads for the broader sales team. This position is responsible for identifying potential customers through inbound inquiries, outbound prospecting, and targeted outreach campaigns. They will ensure that leads are effectively tracked, nurtured, and handed off at the right stage for conversion.

The Inside Sales Support Specialist will closely collaborate with marketing to align lead generation efforts with campaign goals and work closely with the sales team to maintain a clean and accurate CRM pipeline.

Your Day to Day
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, contacts, and opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Evaluate leads to determine fit, readiness, and priority based on defined sales criteria.
  • Track Snap Sports’ digital brand presence across all online platforms to ensure consistency and visibility.
  • Support digital brand presence by attracting inbound leads through social media, the website, and other digital platforms.
  • Expand the digital asset library by creating new content and creative materials to support Snap Sports digital channels and lead‑generation campaigns.
  • Develop and manage digital lead‑generation campaigns for both residential and commercial markets to increase lead volume and quality.
  • Manage Snap Sports’ social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and Linked In) — developing strategies, creating content within corporate brand guidelines, and tracking KPIs to increase engagement with target audiences and drive leads
  • Develop tactics to drive and maximize website traffic and visibility (SEO), including regular tracking and reporting of KPIs using Google Analytics.
  • Manage the Hub Spot account with a focus on strategic lead generation, developing automated campaigns and optimizing for lead conversion.
  • Partner with marketing to refine campaigns and ensure alignment between digital strategy and sales objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with the Snap Sports sales team and dealer network to share lead insights, coordinate outreach strategies, and ensure consistent follow‑up and messaging
  • Analyze lead sources and conversion rates to identify high‑performing campaigns and optimize lead quality.
  • Coordinate with external lead‑generation or marketing agencies to ensure alignment with goals, budgets, and performance metrics.
  • Track and report on lead activity, conversion metrics, and ROI for all lead‑generation and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Continuously refine lead management processes, automation workflows, and communication strategies to improve efficiency and conversion outcomes.

What We Would Love About You
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with digital lead generation tools
  • Excellent planning, time management, prioritization and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
