Solar Sales Representative; Leads

Overview

Avail Solar is seeking a motivated Solar Sales Representative to join our team. You’ll be directly involved with prospective customers, guiding them from conventional power sources to solar energy. You will educate homeowners on energy efficiency and actively secure their business.

• Engage with prospective customers and guide them through the transition to solar energy.
• Educate homeowners on the benefits of energy efficiency and solar solutions.
• Secure new business and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Maintain knowledge of products, pricing, and incentives to provide accurate information.

• At least 3 years of sales experience.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Fluent in multiple languages is a plus (English and Spanish).
• Reliable transportation.

• Target pay: $150,000 per year
