This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist located in the Salt Lake City Metropolitan Area. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, managing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also includes maintaining client relationships, supporting sales operations, and collaborating with other teams to meet organizational sales goals.

• Proven skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to effectively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities to foster relationships and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and resolving client issues effectively and efficiently.
• Organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple customer accounts and support sales activities.
• Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office; prior experience in the electrical or manufacturing industry is a plus.
