Market Star is seeking an enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to champion our client’s premier business marketing tool. If you’re passionate about cutting‑edge technologies and eager to join a thriving, fast‑growing sales team, this is a fantastic opportunity.
Location: Hybrid – Salt Lake City, UT
What Will You Do?- Develop and close a pipeline of inbound leads, contributing to the company’s growth.
- Manage inbound leads, secure business, and meet monthly and quarterly KPIs.
- Showcase comprehensive understanding of the Mailchimp product suite, shortening the sales cycle.
- Act as a product and service advocate, generating interest and awareness of the client’s value proposition.
- Prioritize and manage a pipeline of opportunities, ensuring timely follow‑ups and tracking progress.
- Implement effective sales strategies to convert leads into paying customers.
- Provide robust account management to support customers’ technology strategies and future needs.
- Collaborate with leadership and clients to develop strategies and processes that achieve revenue targets.
- 18–24 months experience as an ISR in SaaS/IT Services for mid‑market to enterprise sales, or 6–12 months in B2B sales as an individual contributor.
- Experience with a software vendor in SaaS or system integrator space is highly desirable.
- Strong skills in prospecting, discovery, demonstration, and closing.
- High sales aptitude, solution‑oriented mindset, and passion for delivering exceptional customer experience.
- Collaborative, results‑driven, proven ability to excel in a team environment.
- Tech‑savvy with keen interest in innovative technologies.
- Self‑sufficient, adaptable professional capable of multitasking in dynamic settings.
- Ability to articulate technical and business value propositions via phone and email.

Base pay for this position is $42,000 annually and is paid hourly. Pay structure may include a variable bonus component. Salary is influenced by responsibilities, experience, location, education, internal equity, and key skills. Recruiter will provide more details during the interview process.
